Responsibilities
  • Lead a team directly responsible for final assembly of units
  • Supervise a team of 10-15 mechanics, pipe fitters, painters, or electricians in their day-to-day work
  • Ensure all work is performed to Northrop Grumman’s high standards of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Engagement
  • Support employees by ensuring their Time and Pay are accurate
  • Ensure a safe work environment and address employee concerns
  • Adhere to the collective bargaining agreement
  • Ensure assigned training is completed
  • Address obstacles to performing work efficiently
  • Quickly address interpersonal issues at the lowest level

  • Understanding of SAP
  • Experience managing union represented workforce
  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Previous military experience
  • STEM Degree
