Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant sales experience.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience working with physicians, medical offices, employers, or other healthcare-related referral sources.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and grow business through consultative selling.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to expand referral partnerships, increase Motor Vehicle Accident Lawyer referrals, and drive market growth across assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain relationships with attorneys, law firms, physicians, healthcare providers, community leaders, and other referral sources to support patient growth and brand awareness.
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement targeted outreach strategies to strengthen existing partnerships and cultivate new referral relationships.
  • Represent Upstream Rehabilitation through community engagement initiatives, networking events, and industry activities that enhance visibility and support business development goals.
  • Present Upstream's services, clinical outcomes, and value proposition to referral partners using data, reporting tools, and appropriate healthcare terminology.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities and inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with Regional Operations, Sales Leadership, Clinic Directors, and operational teams to align efforts, share insights, and achieve territory growth objectives.
  • Track performance, measure results, and provide regular updates on progress, opportunities, and challenges to sales and operational leadership.
  • Participate in field coaching, training, and development activities to support a high-performing sales organization.
  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of Motor Vehicle Accident Lawyer sales experience.
  • Experience in healthcare, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or a related healthcare setting.
  • Proven success managing a territory, developing referral relationships, and achieving sales goals.
  • Experience presenting clinical services, outcomes, and value-based solutions to referral partners.
