Requirements
  • Experience in transactional cross-selling and product education.
  • Availability on Fridays from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm and rotating Saturdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
  • Ability to assist other local branches.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in sales.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Solid communication skills.
  • A self-motivated professional approach.
Responsibilities
  • Travel and adapt to various branch locations as needed each day.
  • Greet each member in the branch.
  • Educate members in the use of interactive teller machines for transactional needs.
  • Answer questions about Heritage products and services.
  • Produce quality referrals to senior and relationship bankers.
  • Assist members with technical services, account maintenance, and the opening of shares and accounts.
  • Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services.
  • Cross-sell products and services.
  • Fill in at other locations as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required.
