- 1-3 years experience working with hardware/software systems
- Proficient with basic lab tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.)
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++, Python
- Comfortable working in command-line interface terminals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated cross-functional teamwork
- Hands-on project experience
- Integrate and validate vehicle subsystem components, such as sensors, controllers, and actuators
- Collaborate with software and controls engineers to conduct testing and validation of new features and components
- Work with subsystem owners to develop comprehensive test plans for subsystem validation
- Develop and maintain test documentation
- Clearly document test failures in bug tickets to ensure appropriate resolutions
- Manage firmware and software updates for engineering fleet vehicles
- Support engineering fleet triage and troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues promptly
- Recreate issues and gather data to investigate bug reports
- Travel up to 20% to support engineering builds and troubleshooting in the field
