Requirements
- Holding a Master's degree (BAC+5).
- Having at least 2 years of significant experience implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Understanding the limitations of the Salesforce platform.
- Demonstrating strong customer service orientation, initiative, teamwork, and a comprehensive project management perspective.
- Being proficient in written and spoken English and French.
- Communicating effectively, listening actively, and challenging teams and stakeholders to guide them toward appropriate solutions.
- Being confident when working with clients.
Responsibilities
- Engage in pre-sales activities and participate in implementing projects that address clients' digital transformation challenges.
- Take full responsibility for the solution implementation process.
- Prepare scoping workshops.
- Facilitate workshops to gather user requirements.
- Draft functional specifications and requirements documents.
- Configure and set up the solution.
- Test the proposed solution and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Provide post-launch support, including change management, training, and application maintenance.
- Lead the understanding, analysis, and modeling of business user needs and solution definition.
- Take charge of the design, including configuration and/or supervision, and the quality of project deliverables.
- Contribute to setting up platform performance and responsiveness tests to ensure optimal user experience and adoption efficiency.
- Assist the client in developing the Solution Roadmap and anticipate future project iterations.
- Master process builders and flows to challenge development teams and ensure adherence to deployment best practices.
- Proactively propose ideas and present and defend recommendations.
Desired Qualifications
- Holding at least one Salesforce certification is ideal.
