Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience in management, operations research analysis, or human capital assessment and analysis
  • In Lieu of degree, High School Degree and 11 years experience in management, operations research analysis, or human capital assessment and analysis
  • Must have an active Secret security clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Knowledge of federal human resources regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience with workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations
Responsibilities
  • Conducting workforce analysis, assess workforce gaps and identify strategies to address them.
  • Developing and implementing talent management strategies to ensure the organization attracts and retains high-quality employees.
  • Analyzing organizational structure and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Developing and implementing programs to promote employee engagement and morale.
  • Conducting research and analysis on human resources policies, programs, and trends.
  • Providing guidance and support to managers on personnel matters such as employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
  • Managing human resources data and systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
