- Must provide a valid California driver’s license.
- Must provide the appropriate level of insurance required by SMUD.
- Contractor must provide an IT hardware technician with a vehicle (enclosed/secure van or equivalent) to transport equipment between SMUD locations.
- 4-hour response time for plotters/printers (same day if requested before 2pm, next day after 2pm).
- Availability during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm) for on-site work when required.
- Troubleshoot and move/install Laser printers and Large format plotters and IT devices (PCs, keyboards, mice, etc).
- Uninstall devices and associated equipment.
- Prepare devices and equipment to be moved to a new location; install devices and testing functionality of all components; troubleshoot issues encountered.
- Transport equipment and components from one SMUD location to another using provided vehicle, including rolling cart (38”x46”x24”).
- Be on site during the workday as needed to meet the 4-hour response time requirement.
