Requirements

  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities and alignment to job profiles and company values
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
  • Work with candidates through the offer and negotiation process
