  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management, or similar field strongly preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience with brand strategy, activation, and/or sponsorship sales in a team, league, brand, agency or corporate setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong storytelling capabilities.
  • Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail, adept at organizing, multitasking, and executing tasks independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint.
  • CRM experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to travel, work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update sales materials for all global properties.
  • Assist on pipeline management, weekly reporting, and CRM organization.
  • Assist in evolving the go-to-market narrative and overview stories.
  • Support Sales Leads on providing evergreen materials and thought starters for early brand conversations.
  • Support the development and ideation of commercial marketing platforms across FSM’s global properties.
  • Organization and awareness of available property inventory.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure sales materials are insights-driven and aligned with the company’s brand voice.
  • Coordinate across key internal business stakeholders and departments for necessary approvals on partnership concepts.
