  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure the best prices and quality for products.
  • Ensure a consistent supply of products and manage any supply chain issues that may arise.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and avoid stockouts.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to manage lead times and order quantities.
  • Implement inventory control measures and systems to track product movement.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, margins, and other key metrics.
  • Generate regular reports on category performance and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Use data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, including in-store promotions, advertising campaigns, and special events.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Assess the effectiveness of promotional activities and adjust strategies as needed.
