  • 7+ years of professional experience
  • Experience identifying and engaging high net worth individuals and senior executives
  • Experience building, and generating revenue through, high touch, mutually beneficial relationships
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and communication
  • Proactive and resourceful
  • Comfort with CRM support systems, and willingness to learn and frequently use SalesForce specifically
  • Strong project management skills
  • MBA or other advanced degree a plus

Responsibilities
  • Manages a portfolio of existing and prospective donors and supporters
  • Takes a holistic approach to engagement with stakeholders
  • Represents MLT at donor networking opportunities
  • Participates in identifying and cultivating prospective donors
  • Develops donor solicitation plans and makes solicitations
  • Designs and drives customized engagement plans
  • Listens actively to stakeholders and engages in high-touch communications
  • Effectively project manages engagement strategies and donor solicitations
