About the job:
- As Engineering Manager you will serve as Technical Lead Manager where you are hands-on and involved in designing and implementing greenfield projects with your team.
Key responsibilities include:
- End to end ownership of team deliverables and objectives
- Set technical strategy and engineering best practices in collaboration with senior engineers
- Provide active career development and technical guidance to engineers
- Hiring, team building, and performance management
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful project management

About you:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related field
- You’re a passionate engineering leader, with at least 2 years of experience leading engineering teams of 6-10+ software engineers
- You are hands on leader who writes code, conducts code reviews, and is involved in architectural design and strategy work
- You communicate effectively and have a proven track record of effective hiring and team building
- You thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments
- You’re an empathetic leader who builds strong teams
