Requirements
  • BS/BA in Information Science, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
  • 7+ years of data management and analytics experience in banking, consulting, or cryptocurrency
  • Familiarity with programming for data analysis (Python, SQL, or R)
  • Experience working with cross-functional team leaders in compliance processes
  • Experience preparing model documentation to support compliance
  • Experience with AML and sanctions software like LexisNexis Bridger
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Apple MacOS
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate dashboarding and reporting design conversations for AML, Sanctions, and KYC controls
  • Lead analytics related to BSA/AML compliance controls for regulatory examinations
  • Develop system performance metrics and implement Testing and QA processes
  • Build self-service dashboards, statistical tools, and reports for decision-making
  • Assist in documenting and maintaining AML transaction monitoring rules and risk scoring models
  • Execute pre- and post-implementation testing of AML and sanctions models
  • Ensure appropriate documentation for technical aspects of the Compliance program
  • Perform analysis of structured and unstructured data to solve complex business problems
  • Develop data and analytics roadmap for program execution
