  • Minimum of 5-7 years as a technical writer or as a software or infrastructure engineer with strong documentation practices

Responsibilities
  • Transform SME interviews and source material into comprehensive learning paths for CoreWeave customers
  • Leverage the Diátaxis framework to create concept guides, how-to guides, tutorials, and reference materials on one or more of our Cloud Services
  • Develop and manage product documentation using a docs-as-code workflow on Docusaurus; programmatically produce documentation that is highly performant and accessible
  • Collaborate with the Product and Solutions Architecture teams to enable developers to use the CoreWeave platform
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with digital infrastructure such as network architecture, storage backends, and tooling such as Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, or Terraform
  • Experience with Cloud-native infrastructure (such as Object Storage, Cloud compute, serverless computing)
  • Experience working with MDX or React
