Requirements
  • Prior media internship experience is a plus.
  • Computer literate, with some experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A solid understanding of basic math, especially algebra, would be ideal.
  • Experience in proper business communications a plus.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team player that likes working in large groups.
  • A Bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities
  • Goal Entry / SBA issuance to Zenith.
  • Update and maintain flowcharts/budgets and related documents.
  • Budget and billing reconciliations.
  • Create insertion orders (Digital, Print, Out Of Home).
  • Assist with POVs, ultimately doing them by themselves.
  • Media/Market Research (CMR, IMS, Kantar, comScore).
  • Establish strong working relationship with our broadcast buyers at Zenith & Field Account team.
  • Assist with Digital buys and metrics reports.
  • Assist on market plans, ultimately managing some markets themselves.
  • Participate in the implementation and maintenance for all Western Area media campaigns.
  • Assist team with Heavy Up/Cut Recommendations, ultimately doing them by themselves.
  • Support and generate ideas to support an 'Ideas Culture' agency.
