Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in computer science, engineering equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development.
  • 3+ years of experience testing and launching software products.
  • Expertise in working with technologies such as Python, React, NodeJS, TypeScript, Vector Stores and SQL Databases
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working with large scale systems and event driven architectures
  • Strong communication and collaborative
  • Some experience with state-of-the-art GenAI techniques (e.g., LLMs, Multi-Modal) or with GenAI-related concepts (language modeling, computer vision).
  • Some experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the full software development life cycle including requirements, design, implementation, testing and documentation.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and develop new features and components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build and improve the product.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to junior engineers on the team and promote best practices across the team.
  • Ensure software systems are reliable, scalable and high-performing while troubleshooting issues when they arise.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year's experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
