Salary Range: 30 to 35 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-hour-wage)

This position is hybrid and will report to the Senior Operations Manager.

We are prioritizing candidates in the following cities: New York, NY; Atlanta, GA; Houston, TX; Chicago, IL; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities

Assisting with live Prevail depositions/sessions, which include:
Travel to in-person locations to capture proceedings
Recording on Prevail platform
Deposition Read on/Swearing in Witness
Marking and maintaining Exhibits
Monitoring and managing the session
Assisting any sessions with technical/administrative needs Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Current Notary License for the state of residency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience with legal videography, digital reporting, or fundamental knowledge of IT
Excellent working knowledge of Google Workspaces/Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)Qualified candidates must have a full and complete understanding of the legal process and requirements for the state of residency, as well as basic national knowledge.

Benefits

The pay range for this hourly position is $30-$35/hr; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Travel exceeding 25 miles will be eligible for reimbursement.
