Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and lead the process of closing the vacancy as a project manager and talent partner
  • Organize and moderate high-quality and prompt communication within the hiring project team
  • Facilitate the design of the assessment process and tools, when necessary
  • Assess competencies & cultural fit of candidates with relevant assessment methods (screening calls, competency-based interviews, organizing tests, and conducting role-plays)
  • Meet SLAs, deadlines, and recruitment process stages
  • Maintain project documentation and analytics partner with the sourcing team to fill the funnel with a diverse and representative talent pipeline
  • Engage in recruitment marketing activities and campaigns
  • Provide excellent candidate experience
  • Deepen partnerships with business domains and engage with talent communities
  • Manage hiring projects across the USA
Desired Qualifications
