Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage office and studio supplies, including stationery, furniture, subscriptions, appliances, electronics, and consumables.
  • Welcome talent, clients, and colleagues to the office during visits.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain a positive work environment.
  • Manage and restock drinks and snacks daily.
  • Organize company engagement activities and events as needed.
  • Organize contractors to keep the office clean, compliant, and safe, while ensuring facilities are in good working order and well maintained.
  • Maintain professional relationships with vendors.
  • Manage postage, courier service coordination, mailing, shipping, and billing.
  • Enforce health, safety, and security procedures, including emergency protocols.
  • Log and track facilities requests, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Book transport and accommodation for visiting colleagues or talent.
  • Provide miscellaneous administrative support.
  • Serve as a key leader in the First Aid and Fire Warden teams.
  • Oversee ergonomic assessments.

The group includes creative agencies Ichi, KWM, Fire Without Smoke, and Gnet, plus media production studios TrailerFarm, Maverick, and Big Farmer. They form a network across Los Angeles, London, Brighton, Montreal, and Quebec. All seven firms shared LinkedIn posts telegraphing the move, describing the start of a new chapter as one creative agency. Contracts remain in place with existing clients, while new projects will draw from the collective abilities of the new FreeAnimal organisation. "Collectively, we work with the world's most ambitious gaming brands," said FreeAnimal global head John Rosenberg. "By fusing seven agencies' perspectives, geographies, and experiences from across the games industry, we've created a wildly effective creative organisation that combines boutique strike teams with global scale." Founded in 1998, Keywords Studios is an outsourcing company that began acquiring related firms in 2014, starting with voice production studio Liquid Violet. Guttman previously served as a client partner at Keywords Studios and as a senior business development manager. Nicole Closson joins Guttman as business development manager to "further enhance commercial coverage and support partners in the region and worldwide." Closson previously worked at Keywords Studios as an enterprise account executive and at Unity as senior account executive for Parsec and SyncSketch. In Warsaw, Mateusz Kałuża has been appointed QA director after holding senior testing roles at Lionbridge Games. Keywords was acquired by Swedish investor EQT at a valuation of £2.2 billion ($2.8 billion) in 2024 and is best known for offering a range of game development services covering localization, marketing, audio development, art production, QA testing, and more. The company previously laid off an undisclosed number of employees at its Lively Games subsidiary in 2024. More recently, translator unions Audiovisual Translators Europe (AVTE) and Tramiti called out the company for allegedly lowballing contract workers. Keywords has also made headlines for failing to credit translators, and in 2024 agreed to work with Ubisoft to amend the credits of Skull & Bones after a report from Game Developer found both companies neglected to properly credit some people who had worked on the game.
