Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in biotechnology, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or related field at an accredited college or university with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring of 2026
  • Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship with Sanofi
  • Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the internship
  • Must have permanent US work authorization
Responsibilities
  • Work with his/her supervisor to design, plan and conduct cell culture experiments to investigate how process parameters modulate product quality attributes and process performance
  • Work both individually on cell culture experiments as well as part of the larger cell culture team to support group project work
  • Develop a diverse skill set in cell culture development platforms potentially including seed train development, media development, high throughput techniques, benchtop bioreactors, etc. as these skills pertain to process development
  • Develop an understanding of cell culture processes and how to use this understanding to address process optimization problems within the context of development, characterization, and scale-up of cell processes for biologics development
