Responsibilities
  • assist some of the world's biggest enterprises in implementing Apollo products to support adoption and unify customers’ strategies
  • help Apollo grow by obtaining product feedback, advocating for our customers, and serving as a trusted technical advisor
  • liaise with Engineering and Support teams to address customers’ technical needs, help them resolve challenges, and turn them into advocates
  • provide pre-sales support to Sales & Marketing, develop and implement best practices, and develop and promote integrations and solutions around Apollo products
  • develop blog posts and other communication for Apollo and work with R&D and Product Management to create and test Apollo products
