Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.

• Partner with our head of talent acquisition on process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring.

• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.

• Partner with the founders to think through performance evaluation and processes to ensure employee development and accountability.

• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with leaders across the organization on employee relations. 

• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.

• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a People Ops Manager, HR Manager, or similar role at a fast growing startup with an extremely high talent bar.  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

• Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
