- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Schedule and track transportation activities with carriers, warehouses, and customers.
- Monitor active shipment statuses and proactively resolve transit or delivery issues.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, billing records, and daily operational reports.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in coordination with warehouse staff.
- Investigate shipment discrepancies and execute corrective actions.
- Support peer logistics coordinators and work collaboratively to maintain operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to streamline daily workflows.
- Follow and help update logistics standard operating procedures and operational guidelines.
- Track key performance indicators and suggest ideas for process optimization and cost efficiency.
- Ensure customer requirements and service-level agreements are consistently met.
- Knowledge of domestic trucking and freight operations.
- Experience managing customer accounts and carrier relationships.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Bilingual English/Korean language ability.
