Requirements
- Have over 5+ years of sales management and leadership experience in real estate, asset management, SaaS, or other related industry
- An industry leader with experience leading a growth sales business, ideally with everything from consumer to SMB sized sales deals
- Demonstrable experience in succeeding in fast-paced, KPI driven sales environment
- Track record of driving sales performance via increased telephone, email and face to face sales
- Experienced in 'Managing by the numbers' with a consistent track record of exceeding daily/weekly activities and goals
- Leads with excellence and develops strong teams: you will directly manage a team of managers. Your role will be to inspire dedication to and passion for our shared vision and strategic direction
- Deep knowledge of automation platforms and CRM, specifically Salesforce
- Takes ownership and follows through on commitments; is ready to build and seize opportunities and is able to remain focused, optimistic, and calm despite challenges or ambiguity
- Can make effective, timely decisions, even with limited information. You will have a lot of decisions to make daily, often difficult ones
- Communicates openly, honestly and with compassion and develops collaborative, inclusive relationships at every level, inside and outside the organisation

Responsibilities
- Manage a transactional, revenue generating team, achieving revenue through desk sales, ancillary revenue and other WeWork products
- You will lead a team to hit sales and revenue targets whilst working to predetermined KPI's
- Provide innovative, scalable solutions including data management and sales processes to achieve team goals (e.g. Salesforce)
- Define key sales and marketing strategies for the region, always be forward-thinking and drive successful execution to achieve results
- Have the ability to analyze sales data and spot positive/negative trends and build and implement a strategy to drive positive results
- Maximize pipeline utilization with a focus on activity, conversion rates, working smarter, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue
- Work closely with the the wider Sales organization, specifically the Leasing and Accounts team to achieve revenue goals
- Successfully build and develop a strong team through recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching and development plans
- Maintain regular communication cadence with the global/regional sales organization to communicate best practices and share learning and insights
- Being able to present performance data to a large audience with clear goals and actions
- Work autonomously with the freedom to make crucial business decisions
