  • Plan, execute, monitor and analyze user acquisition strategies and campaigns
  • Evaluate key performance metrics and optimize accordingly to achieve ROI and growth targets
  • Be constantly testing and go beyond the obvious by trying non-conventional channels in addition to more conventional ones, including SEM/SEO, social & display, influencers, affiliate, podcast, partnerships, etc
  • Manage budgets and media planning, efficiently allocating budget to different sources based on performance
  • Analyze and report on performance KPIs. Work closely with the analytics team to extract actionable insights out of data
  • Work closely with the Creative team to ensure robust creative testing and assets
  • Proactively test new channels and explore opportunities outside of current ones to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention
  • 1+ years of experience in D2C performance marketing across a variety of channels including paid social
  • Analytical and able to make data-driven decisions without compromising the brand
  • Curious, with a hunger for testing and learning
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  • Proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities and complete responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to get your point across in a succinct and professional manner
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Economics)
