Zoox is building autonomous mobility from the ground up. This Service Infrastructure & Management team works to connect our users to the rest of Zoox’s infrastructure. They are responsible for powering our ride service by building key technologies and platforms.

Integral to this vision is the back end system for efficiently dispatching missions to our robots. Some of these missions could be redistributing the robots to meet shifting demand, or sending robots back for charging.

In this role, you will:

Lead a group of Product Managers to steward platform software.
Work closely with Product Experience, Engineering and Program Managers, to refine and prioritize features and requirements.
Help define metrics that measure the health and performance of these systems.

Qualifications

8+ years of Product Management experience driving measurable improvements through product development.
3+ years of people management experience.
Experience stewarding products through its lifecycle in a relevant space.
Experience leading successful process improvement initiatives.
Experience building highly reliable, mission critical products.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience working with Fleet Orchestration in Ride-Hailing.
Experience thriving in a growing, complex organization.

Compensation

There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary will range from $146,000 to $240,000. A sign-on bonus may be part of a compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
