  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of sales, brokerage, customer service, or other client-facing experience within the insurance industry preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Active/Current Property and Casualty License or ability to pass licensing examinations within 30 days of start date
  • Ability to drive success through ambiguous and complex situations

Responsibilities
  • Establish trusted relationships with customers
  • Retain existing Vouch clients during renewal process
  • Analyze existing insurance packages and evaluate risk
  • Deliver consistent and timely follow-up in response to client requests and issues
  • Manage growing accounts and advise clients on risk solutions
  • Ensure clients can utilize tools/services available through Vouch platform
  • Identify follow-up opportunities for Vouch
  • Coordinate with internal Brokers and placement specialists
  • Collaborate with billing and Policy Administration teams
  • Problem solve when meeting resistance
  • Build trust and rapport while maintaining structure and purpose in conversations
