Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least three years of project management experience within the automotive industry or a comparable manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of conveyor systems and their integration into manufacturing operations.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse technical and business teams.
  • Experience using project management principles, tools, and best practices.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand and comply with all relevant safety practices.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the onsite coordinator for conveyor technology projects and serve as the primary contact for project-related communication.
  • Build and maintain effective communication between engineering, production, suppliers, project teams, and management.
  • Track project activities, milestones, and overall progress while providing routine status updates to stakeholders.
  • Recognize potential project risks early and coordinate appropriate corrective actions to reduce project impact.
  • Support project planning by coordinating schedules, resource requirements, and budget-related activities to help ensure successful project completion.
  • Assist in developing project documentation, technical specifications, and compliance with established quality expectations.
  • Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to investigate and resolve technical challenges associated with conveyor systems.
