Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 5+ years of Specialty Sales experience.
  • Broad knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, ideally with a background in Oncology/rare disease.
  • Strong analytical skills in both interpreting and communicating data to members at all levels.
  • Well versed in generating reports requiring a proficiency in Excel.

  • Credentialing requirements may include training, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation to gain access to hospitals or healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of Virtual Sales Representatives to ensure the accurate and on-time completion of assigned projects, provide call monitoring for quality compliance and meet client needs, metric deliverables and performance expectations.
  • Provide coaching and support for assigned Virtual Sales Representative team by observing product discussions and selling skills and then providing in-depth and documented feedback.
  • Support the team by managing metrics and sales reporting on a regular basis.
  • Provide administrative oversight such as maintaining documentation of team members' attendance as well as approving time off, schedules and expense reports.
  • Monitor Virtual Sales Representative productivity, workload and outputs ensuring compliance with policies and processes and addressing issues through a corrective action process as they arise.
  • Coordinate the selection, interviewing, hiring and training for backfills and new positions.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to both interpret and communicate data to team members and client, as well as generate reports in Excel on a frequent basis.
  • Assist in new product, sales, compliance and Amplity/client training for new Virtual Sales Representative.
  • Conduct cube rides and deliver timely and constructive feedback on quality and content of Virtual Sales Representative’s calls as per client expectations using approved Coaching Guide forms.
  • Communicate aligned team objectives in ways that promote teamwork and create a strong sense of shared goals among team members.
  • Assess Virtual Sales Representative performance as it pertains to project progress, results and timelines. Create and deliver individual development plans and performance appraisals according to both Amplity and client performance management policies and standards in collaboration with the Senior District Manager.
  • Assist team with utilization of all technology requirements: CRM use, activity reports, sales reports and others as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Oncology/rare disease experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of Supervisory or Management experience preferred.
