  • Significant experience within established UX teams
  • Strong track record in designing enterprise software tools
  • Degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in cross-functional meetings
  • Advocate for the Product Design team
  • Enforce and evolve our design system
  • Ensure accessibility standards are met
  • Independently conduct usability testing
  • Contribute to design critiques
  • Mentor junior designers
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure quality throughout the project development lifecycle
