Great Hill Solutions is seeking a Document Control Clerk in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Logging vouchers into accounting system to provide document tracking for invoices
Disseminating and tracking vouchers to project officers for administrative approval
Inputting critical voucher information into system, as applicable, to permit ultimate payment
Identifying and communicating deficiencies in invoice submissions by vendors and employees
Preparing the necessary documentation and tracking stop-payments on undelivered checks and/or obtaining copies of canceled checks to support contention of payment

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years of experience with government payments, receiving, controlling, and inputting vital information from the invoice to permit ultimate payment
Must be eligible for a Tier 1 Public Trust clearance
Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Understanding of Treasury’s Bureau of Fiscal Service regulations and guidelines
Working Knowledge of payroll as it pertains to Personal Services Contracts
Excellent attention to details
