Requirements
  • Experience with core information architecture and user-centered design methodologies.

Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the creative strategy, experience vision, and roadmap for the Digital Channel.
  • Lead the User Experience practice by setting organizational standards and expectations for roles, responsibilities, engagement models, and processes.
  • Track digital experience trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Define the approach and utilization of prototyping, user labs, and end-user research, including creating customer personas.
  • Understand target audiences' needs, tasks, and goals and translate them into creative experience design concepts.
  • Ensure appropriate expertise from internal and external resources, deliverable quality, and optimal support for Digital initiatives.
  • Lead site-, audience-, and project-specific experience strategies, vision, and roadmaps while ensuring consistency and alignment with the broader vision.
  • Collaborate with the broader digital strategy team, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to brainstorm and validate experience design concepts.
  • Lead project-level experience design strategy and oversee development of associated User Experience deliverables.
  • Ensure that information architecture, visual design, and copy work together to create an experience that resonates with users.
  • Lead or participate in user research, concept testing, and usability testing.
  • Provide experience design standards for channel execution, including email layout, landing-page optimization, and campaign-flow standards.
  • Perform heuristic design reviews.
  • Conduct site and application audits.
  • Conduct user-interface competitive reviews.
  • Develop design strategies.
  • Create site and application maps.
  • Develop scenarios and use cases.
  • Create wireframes and user, screen, and process flows.
  • Define and use User Experience metrics.
