Requirements
  • Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2+ years.
  • Hands on experience troubleshooting analytical instruments using hand-tools if required.
  • Experience in mixing chemicals as per specifications with varying level of volumes and dilutions.
  • Familiar with Engineering schematics and analytical chemistry principles.
  • Familiar with using SDS/MSDS, OSHA safety standards, safe lab practices.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for qualification reviews of all ECI products assuring successful process qualification of customer orders meet chemical specifications
  • Continuously improve and update the qualification process review checklist to be robust and comprehensive
  • Preview and validate all chemical packages and qualification data
  • Should data not pass qualification requirements, escalate information decision to manager. Create deviation report for approval
  • Follow qualification plan and pre and post procedures
  • Review, complete and verify documentation for chemical specifications, communicate revisions and changes
  • Review installation packages and all documentation relates to upgrade projects from process perspective.
  • Conduct configuration of systems based on specific chemistry requirements.
  • Ensure issues are solved and documentation is corrected.
  • Qualifying systems as per customer specifications.
  • Ensure systems are meeting quality requirements set by customer.
  • Mixing chemicals as per specifications to qualify the systems.
