About the Position
At the heart of Hiya’s product innovation is the Hiya Network - a dynamic virtual community of over 450 million monthly active users. Our next milestone? Hitting 1 billion MAU. Ready to take on this exhilarating challenge?
As a pivotal product leader, your mission is to turbocharge the Hiya Network’s growth. Armed with a blend of technical prowess and sharp business insight, you’ll be the architect of our growth strategy. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our product, business development and engineering teams, steering the expansion of the Hiya Network. You’ll also be the owner of the Hiya Network integration APIs and developer experience, collaborating with engineering to create the products that will scale our network.
What You’ll Do
- Craft and communicate a compelling growth strategy for the Hiya Network, in partnership with diverse teams.
- Represent Hiya in pivotal meetings with partners and customers, including OEMs, mobile carriers, and software vendors.
- Extract and refine requirements from various stakeholders, ensuring seamless integrations.
- Collaborate with engineering to establish and track product roadmaps and quarterly OKRs.
- Continuously improve our integration APIs and the developer experience.
- Actively contribute to and influence Hiya’s broader product strategies and roadmaps.
- Enhance our growth culture and set new standards for the PM team.
Qualities that will make you successful:
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions like marketing, business development, solutions architecture, service delivery, sales, and engineering.
- Track record of devising business strategy and leading cross-functional teams effectively.
- Robust technical acumen, with a deep understanding of system & network architecture, API design, and a passion for developer experience.
- An Owner’s mindset, always prioritizing Hiya’s interests.
- Outstanding communication skills across various mediums, capable of rallying and motivating teams towards a unified goal.
- Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) and an MBA (or equivalent).

More Details
The base salary is between $190,000-$231,000. When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered: skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
