Requirements
  • Experience: 15+ years of hands-on production experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing large teams. Heavy digital, content and experiential production experience is an absolute requirement.
  • AI Fluency: You don't just know about AI; you use it. You have a vision for how GenAI changes the economics and creativity of production.
  • Multi-Disciplinary: Deep experience across live action, experiential, and digital. You must be comfortable discussing set design for an event one minute and render pipelines for a digital demo the next.
  • Global Scale: Experience working with massive tech clients or global brands in a fast-paced environment is non-negotiable. You understand complex product areas and matrixed organizations.
  • Operational Savvy: Strong grasp of production finance, legal contracting, and global resource management.
  • Soft Skills: You are a "protector of vibes." You remain calm in the chaos, you negotiate with empathy, and you lead with a "people-first" mentality.
Responsibilities
  • Pioneer the New Workflow: You will not just oversee production; you will reinvent it. Lead the integration of Monks.Flow and proprietary AI tools into everyday operations, blending the speed of machines with the taste of human talent.
  • Tech-Enabled Craft: Bridge the gap between artists, producers, and creative technologists. You must understand enterprise-level tech stacks and how to leverage them to create content that is "authored, not just automated."
  • Future-Proofing: Continuously assess and implement new ways of working. You are responsible for ensuring our production capabilities stay ahead of the curve, moving from traditional timelines to the speed of modern tech.
  • 360 Scope: Oversee a massive variety of outputs with a heavy emphasis on digital: complex web builds, deep experiential activations, high-end animation, scaled digital content production, alongside heavy live-action (broadcast & social). You ensure epic execution across every format.
  • Global Orchestration: Manage a dedicated internal team distributed globally, while seamlessly partnering with the broader Monks Content Studio for overflow and specialized needs. You are the conductor of a very complex orchestra.
  • Quality Control: You are the final barrier against mediocrity. Ensure that "execution is everything" and that we never ship work that doesn't meet the absolute highest standard—clear, human, and useful.
  • Executive Partnership: You serve as a key partner for both the team and the client, providing strategic guidance, support, and leadership, while contributing to growth initiatives and pitch efforts. You must build trust through transparency, demonstrating that you understand their business as well as you understand production.
  • Commercial Health: Manage the financial health of the production department. You are responsible for scoping, vendor contracts, and ensuring we maximize profitability while delivering award-winning work.
  • Vendor Ecosystem: Curate and manage relationships with top-tier external vendors, directors, and production partners. You ensure we have the best talent on speed dial.
  • Advanced Estimation & Scoping Expertise: Demonstrated ability to build, challenge, and optimize complex production estimates across a wide range of outputs. From nimble, high-volume content pipelines to large-scale live-action shoots. Deep understanding of cost drivers, trade-offs, and how to balance creative ambition with commercial discipline.
  • Build the Bench: Recruit and mentor a team of hybrid producers—staff who can pivot from a six-figure shoot to an AI-generated social workstream with ease.
  • Foster Maker Culture: Instill a culture where "making" is celebrated. Encourage your producers to be creative problem solvers who say "how we can" rather than "why we can't."
