Responsibilities
  • leading a team of Pension Officers, providing guidance and support and ensuring the team achieve their targets
  • calculation and payment of retirements including the creation and maintaining of payroll records, deaths and transfers
  • identify and resolve training requirements in your team
  • implement process improvements where required
  • complete projects and statutory work, working closely with other members of the Pensions Management team
  • represent the team in various meetings as well as occasionally preparing and delivering presentations.
