Requirements
  • 2+ years full lifecycle recruiting; experience recruiting within technology, startup, and fast-paced industries is strongly preferred
  • Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates
  • Exposure to hiring at speed and in bulk on a national scale
  • Experience in sourcing for passive candidates through multiple channels, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and industry-specific job boards
  • Effective communication skills when sharing data and information regarding recruitment progress to internal teams; experience utilizing integrated dashboards and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Comfortable working with a high degree of ambiguity
  • High-level of self-initiative, creativity, perseverance, and flexibility
  • An inquisitive and problem-solving attitude; Responding with grit and resourcefulness when presented with challenges
Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview, feedback, and offers for high volume, nationwide recruitment
  • Curate a pipeline for active requisitions, prioritizing diversity and the importance of balanced candidate slates
  • Develop new strategies for talent acquisition, pivoting as needed when volume and priorities fluctuate
  • Influence and educate hiring managers on process, interview best practices, and decision making
  • Provide exceptional candidate experiences, acting as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout the hiring process and to hiring managers as they build their teams in remote markets to support Landing's operations
  • Deliver feedback to candidates and managers, interview preparation, pre-closure, salary negotiation, and closure
  • Arrange weekly meetings with hiring teams to ensure a consistent feedback loop throughout the hiring process
  • Accurately track candidate data and use systems correctly to be able to report to internal stakeholders
