  • Oversee a group of strategic healthcare client accounts, comprising $8M-10M in revenue
  • Promote strong partnerships between Bounteous and our clients; establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, including C-suite
  • Drive Bounteous' relationships with strategic accounts in the Health+ BU; effectively manage multiple clients and large-scale programs while keeping individual client relationships the top priority
  • Deliver client-focused solutions based off their goals; support the growth of clients' business through new ideas, utilizing agency and network resources
  • Provide independent thinking to clients and internal teams to suggest new, unexplored solutions to client challenges; identify new opportunities and strategies to explore
  • Partner with other disciplines to hone agency workflow as necessary to meet challenges unique to the business
  • Actively solicit feedback from clients, strategic partners, and leaders across the team
  • Protect and grow agency revenue stream by demonstrating agency value consistently and proactively with clients
  • Resolve client revenue changes or any client relationship disparities toward a financially positive and client-building solution
  • Independently assess team make-up; identify gaps and optimizations necessary to deliver an optimal client experience
  • Mediate internal and client issues as necessary
  • Coach, mentor, and grow the next level of leaders
  • Serve as an internal and external spokesperson for the Health+ BU and Bounteous
  • Take a proactive approach to self-development; identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and enhancement
Desired Qualifications
  • 14+ years of client service, digital sales, or account management experience
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in the United States Health industry (payers and/or providers required, pharmaceutical or healthtech a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience supporting clients or business leveraging the Adobe platform (AEM, ACS, Analytics, Target, AEP, etc.), other platforms (i.e. Drupal) a plus
  • Excellent business acumen; proven ability to think strategically about business, customer experience, and technical challenges; an entrepreneurial approach to finding new growth levers for the business
  • Strong communicator with all levels of leadership, management, and staff to achieve desired outcomes and build strong alliances and relationships
  • Outstanding executive presence, presentation, and negotiation skills; the ability to inspire, engage, partner with, and influence senior leadership
  • Experience managing relationships in leveraging a global delivery team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience supporting technology, energy, public sector, and/or education clients a plus
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent consulting agency experience preferred
