Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree and one year relevant program experience.
Responsibilities
  • Assisting participants throughout the entire research process for all current studies, including registration/consent, scheduling, implementing study procedures, and other participant-related duties.
  • Must be able to accurately administer and score key assessment instruments including the Developmental Assessment Scale for Children, Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children, Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence, Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test, Expressive Vocabulary Test and Stanford-Binet (SB).
  • Must have knowledge of regulatory information related to human subjects research, including CCRT certification.
  • Responsible for working with the principal investigator to ensure a smooth flow and exchange of information.
  • Assist with the preparation of annual reports and Institutional Review Board communications.
  • Provide administrative assistance such as filing of documents, entering data responses to queries, providing feedback regarding study processes, and ensure approved and current protocols and paperwork is complete and filed appropriately.
  • Provide training and supervision to college-aged research assistants.
  • Assist with recruitment of participants for all studies.
  • Communicate with statewide agencies and organizations in order to enhance recruitment efforts and assist with social media strategies focused on study recruitment.
  • Liaison onsite with community partners to ensure smooth execution of community recruitment events.
  • Assist with the development and implementation planning for new studies, including planning site qualification visits and assisting with grant preparation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
