Requirements
  • Must have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five years.
  • Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position.
  • The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.
  • Must be able to perform basic physical tasks such as lifting 50lbs.
  • Demonstrated ability in supporting all aspects of the SharePoint/Office 365 environments, including customizations, development, availability, reliability, performance, monitoring, and security and associated third party web applications.
  • Experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications.
  • Experience in the development of SharePoint strategies, apps using SharePoint object models, including JavaScript/Client-Side models and REST API involving a variety of data formats (XML, JSON, CSV, etc.)
  • Experience programming in .NET 3.5, C#, ASP.NET ,T-SQL, C/C++, XML.
  • Experience using jQuery, Client Object Model, and Service-Oriented Architecture.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies and processes used in designing, developing, testing, implementing, and optimizing web applications the following languages and libraries: HTML5, JavaScript, C#, JQuery, CSS3, XML, J2EE, ASP.NET MVC, Bootstrap, React JS, WebLogic and/or Angular JS for development.
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and workflow creation.
  • Experience with SharePoint’s application services framework including implementation, configuration, and usages of Search, Managed Metadata, and User Profile Services.
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and/or SQL Server Integration Services a plus.
  • Experience working with RDBMS and SQL (Sybase, Microsoft, Oracle, etc.) Farm Design, Configuration, Deployments, Migrations, and Upgrades
  • Experience with the plan, design, and implementation of custom solutions using Microsoft SharePoint 2016, InfoPath/Nintex Forms/Workflows, CorasWorks, Custom web parts, and SSRS.
  • Extensive experience working with Microsoft SharePoint including architecting and implementing complex designs (cross-platform integration, HA configurations, platform/DB migration, Content re-design, IIS, SQL Server DB connections).
  • Microsoft MCPD 70-576, SharePoint 2010/2013 Designing and Developing Applications certification is a plus but not required.
  • Must be able to write thorough and concise functional and design specifications as well as easily readable end-user documentation.
  • Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Must be well able to brainstorm with others, thrive in a collaborative team environment, multi-task, and quickly adapt to change.
  • Must be well organized, a good communicator, able to effectively prioritize tasks, and manage your projects from concept to production.
  • Must have a strong programming background authoring well written, well documented, modular and clean code.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, and able to read and write in English.
  • Must rely on project management experience and judgment to accomplish goals in a variety of tasks.
  • Possess leadership skills and the ability to be led in a manner that is healthy to our positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develops software solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs; conferring with stakeholders and IT Management; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; performs software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.
  • Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using classic ASP, Microsoft .Net, and SharePoint Server 2007 and new 2013.
  • Implementation of SharePoint-based workflows as well as the development of Business Intelligence dashboards.
  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
  • Build proof of concept examples or graphical simulation software. Then maintain product test software and demos for training purposes.
  • Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Actively participate in product design reviews by providing creative and practical ideas and solutions in a teamwork environment. A wide degree of creativity and latitude required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Any Applicable Training: Microsoft SharePoint Certifications.
  • Microsoft MCPD 70-576, SharePoint 2010/2013 Designing and Developing Applications certification is a plus but not required.
