Requirements
  • 4-6 years of retail/customer experience/hospitality experience with at least 2 years proven success in a management role
  • Extensive experience in store openings, training teams thoroughly, and leading by example
  • Positive attitude and a relentless focus on customer and team experience
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Ability to work on feet up to 8 hours a day in a busy store environment
  • Proficient with operations related technologies such as Shopify, Google Suite & Microsoft Office products
Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate Rothy’s brand story, values, and mission to customers and team members
  • Share expert brand and product knowledge with customers
  • Build and maintain community through in-store activations/events
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director and train the team on SOPs and store guidelines
  • Deliver customer-oriented and product insights back to the Retail and HQ team
  • Report on sales, returns, and relevant store statistics
  • Hire, lead, develop, and motivate a team of store associates and management
  • Execute and continuously improve operational processes
  • Responsible for daily staffing, payroll optimization, and inventory management
  • Partner in decision making with visual business partners
