  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Relevant experience in mergers and acquisitions or corporate development.
  • Proficiency and relevant experience in financial modeling, forecasting and reporting.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with investment bankers and other financial advisors to identify potential acquisition targets.
  • Lead and coordinate due diligence efforts, working closely with internal and external teams.
  • Work with internal counterparts in operations, finance, and other relevant departments to develop and execute integration plans.
  • Partner with internal launch teams and marketing teams to build accurate and robust financial forecasts.
