We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with a record of accomplishment for driving new product features from concept to successful launch with internal and external partners. You will be working on streamlining supply chain ecosystem workflows within SunPower Corporation to gain efficiency and contribute to revenue generation. You will be working with the Dealer channel roadmap to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This impactful role requires strong and proactive leadership and the ability to independently drive large, cross-functional product initiatives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Execute on the strategic vision for the Order management, Procurement, Supply chain, PLM, Inventory, WMS and Logistics product focus area.
- Engage with our Dealer Channel stakeholders, Dealers and Supply chain partners to identify requirements, define product features, and work closely with software development teams to launch those features.
- Independently deploy across all areas of the product lifecycle (research, concept, user stories, development, and adoption)
- Partner integration escalations to ensure proper resolution while communicating impact to roadmap items
- Represent Supply chain and Order Management as a domain and product expert in strategic meetings
- Leverage data analytics to release impactful features and drive adoption of released features
- Support and establish communication to both technical and non-technical audiences, and provide ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering and external partners
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or relevant work experience.
- 10+ years overall professional experience; at least 5 years in a Product management role in Supply chain, B2B and B2C.
- 5+ years of experience with ERP systems like Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion or other enterprise stack.
- 3+ years of experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum.
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, Sales operations, Reseller channels and Customer Care.
- 3+ years of experience working with external/strategic partners on complex integrations.
- 5+ years of experience executing on the strategic vision for the Order management, Procurement, Supply chain, PLM, Inventory, WMS and Logistics product focus area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with software technologies, concepts, and architectural considerations, including those that utilize cloud computing
- Thorough knowledge of current software design and development methodologies, processes, best industry practices, and techniques
- Experience in the solar industry
- Proven ability to communicate effectively to a wide variety of clients and partners
- Ability to absorb complex subjects and distill into an easily digestible form for other team members
- Self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced and continually changing environment
- Demonstrated technical acumen, curiosity, familiarity, and aptitude with SaaS applications, APIs, and integrations
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and critically, to synthesize data and draw insights, formulate scope and requirements, and validate hypotheses based on data
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities and maintain close attention to detail
Pay Range: $156,690 - $235,440
