- Provide patient education and relay provider instructions.
- Process prescriptions, prior authorizations, and refill requests.
- Support scheduling, charting, and electronic medical records documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper stocking of exam rooms.
- Deliver customer service to patients and team members.
- Medical Assistant certification.
- Dermatology experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of medical office or clinical experience.
