Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional software development experience
  • 2 years as AWS DevOps Engineer or similar skillset with experience on various CI/CD and configuration management tools: GitHub Actions, AWS (CodePipeline/CodeBuild, Jenkins, GitLab or similar tool(s)
  • TypeScript or Python knowledge & experience
  • Ability to support database servers like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL
Responsibilities
  • Interact with the lead software development organization, gathering build requirements, providing status updates, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Oversee the build & maintenance of source control systems & software environments.
  • Monitor/measure efficacy of the automation infrastructure.
  • Create capabilities and utilities to support the development organization.
  • Propose, develop, review, and revise new procedures for high-quality system development.
  • Execute on multiple projects, balancing numerous needs, yet still delivering on time.
  • Oversees applications and systems of a complex nature.
  • Maintain consistent documentation for all assigned tasks & ensure the team is sufficiently trained.
  • Keep informed of, propose, and evaluate new hardware/software for company use.
  • Evangelize DevOps practices and automation internally and externally
Desired Qualifications
  • Over all 4 Years of Relevant Experience
  • AWS Cloud Certification, Kubernetes Certification
  • Datadog (or similar) experience is a bonus.
