Requirements
  • Demonstrated senior product design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Education in a design-related degree or relevant product design experience.
  • Proven experience in Service Design, Interaction Design, Visual and Motion design, and Research.
  • Experience with Design Systems and design tools such as Figma, Miro, and prototyping software.
  • Experience leading alignment sessions with stakeholders at every level.
  • Strong collaborative and cross-functional team experience.
  • Track record of delivering projects that users love.
  • Experience with Design Thinking processes and facilitating workshops.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of delivering impactful and crafted user centred designs, that push the boundaries of our deals and loyalty space.
  • Plan and facilitate Design sprints and workshops to uncover new opportunities and evolve the hotel's product area.
  • Gathering the appropriate level of quant and qual insight to document the problem space and user, brand and business needs.
  • Creating a clear plan for design work that moves from problem to solution respecting time constraints. You’ll keep people informed along the way and ensure visibility and drive the design work forward with a consistent pace to support the team's timely delivery of the right outcomes.
  • Contributing to experiment plans from an experience POV and tracking metrics to inform design iterations.
  • You’ll put the user at the heart of your team's problem solving and explore a range of solutions quickly. You’ll then evaluate, prototype, test, learn and iterate using a mixture of feedback and evaluative testing methods.
  • You’ll distil all the insights, goals, measures, concepts and user-first thinking into a clear and actionable design approach and show how it solves user problems while supporting brand and business goals.
  • Crafting how it works and how it feels. You’ll deliver desirable solutions to ergonomic and stylistic problems that are hit our quality standards, including being accessible and inclusive and support that through to delivery.
  • Proficiency in A/B and user testing and ability to make sound commercial decisions that are also traveller-centric.
