  • Monitor and report on project timelines, ensuring timely updates and feedback loops.
  • Drive alignment between technical and business teams, ensuring that platform initiatives support overarching business objectives.
  • Identify and address any potential roadblocks or challenges, ensuring smooth execution of platform projects.
