Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a technology Sales Management role with multi-level selling and demonstrated consistent overachievement record of sales success
- Experience in realigning sales teams to focus on account strategy and rapid growth
- Excellent communications skills and cross-functional collaboration with partners in Marketing, Operations, Product and Engineering
- Able to make informed, educated and timely decisions, under pressure
- Demonstrated experience in improving and implementing processes
- This position may require less than 10% travel within the continental US and Canada
Responsibilities
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Process Enhancement: Continuously optimize the sales process to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer experiences
- Lead Generation: Partner with Marketing Acquisition team to develop and implement strategies for generating inbound leads through various channels, such as Xometry online platforms and referrals
- Conversion Optimization: Analyze sales funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, taking proactive measures to improve conversion rates
- Customer Insights: Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to provide valuable insights for product development and marketing campaigns
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to the leadership team, highlighting sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement
- Develop and Implement Conversion Strategies: Develop comprehensive conversion strategies and tactics to transform leads into acquisition of new customer companies. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies with overall marketing objectives
- Competitor Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and conduct regular competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market. Develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition

- Experience working in distributive manufacturing, technology or service industry
- Undergraduate Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering or other technical specialization
