TheTransaction Coordinatorwill play an essential role in supporting the execution of commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Working alongside a dynamicteam in Denver, CO, this role manages document flow, coordinates with internal teams and externalpartiesand ensures that key deadlines are met. This Coordinator will demonstrate willingness and capability toleverageemerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed, and will exercisesound judgment, creativethinking,andaccountability for outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate the collection and distribution of due diligence materials for acquisitions, dispositions, and loan transactions.
Assistin reviewing leases and rent rolls; help prepare estoppels and SNDA agreements.
Utilize systems such as Yardi, Salesforce, and PeopleSoft to gather data and create property and tenant reports.
Maintain internal checklists and update due diligence files for internal teams, lenders, and buyers ina timelyand organized manner.
Compile property data andassistin preparing packages for Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) reports and Offering Memorandums.
Organize, track, andmaintaincomprehensive transaction documentation; flag missing items and follow up on outstanding issues.
Support the transaction closing process by coordinating deliverables and ensuringdocumentationreadiness.
Assistin scheduling and communicating with third-party consultants conducting due diligence activities.
Update Salesforce records with transaction details, timelines, and consultant contacts.
Provide general administrative support to theTransaction Managementteam on special projects and transaction-related tasks.
Building blocks for success
2+ years of experience in commercial real estate transaction coordination, project management, ora relatedfunction.
Familiarity with purchase & sale agreements, leases, rent rolls and property inspection reports.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
Customer service mindset anda teamplayer mentality.
Execute responsibilities with a sense of urgency and follow-through, alwaysdemonstratingtact, discretion,confidentialityand good judgement.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision, have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills to ensure all established deadlines are met.
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proficient knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Yardi, and Peoplesoft.
Proven ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) with customers, peers, management,contractorsand vendors.
Experience with property transactions, portfolioacquisitionsor company mergers.
Hiring Salary Range of: $27.00-$34.00/hr. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
