Main Responsibilities:
Strategy
Conduct supplier andtechnology marketanalysisandspecific benchmarkingreviewsas required; Share the global supplier market expertise in Sanofi
Contribute to the Sanofi Procurementsourcing team and Business Partners (lead specifiers) tobuildinnovativesub-category strategies thathavemeasurable benefitfor Sanofi
Anticipateandconsolidate allbusiness needstodevelopactionplans,execute negotiationsand facilitate implementation specific to category
Ensures goodexecutionofanycategory sourcingplaninlinewithglobalstrategy and regional/country needs
Deliver worldclasstotalsavingsobjectives
Ensureprocurement technicalexcellence (TCO,SRM,MarketIntel,RiskManagement, Innovation, CSR, HSE, compliance, quality...) at his/her perimeter
AspermandateofRCM/RLB, manage Business Reviews withidentifiedkeysuppliers
Operational
ScopeisonregionallevelandincludesmultipleIA virtual sites globally
Accountable foroptimizingpurchasing ofgoodsandserviceswithindefinedspendfamilies to meet the needs of internal customers, in compliancewith the purchasing/sourcing orientations and company procedures
Develop reports,activitydashboards, maintain standardcostsandrelevant KPlstomonitor and manage activities
Provideinformation andsupportforControllingreporting activitiesperrespective categories
Providetoprocurementnetwork:Markettrends,sharebudgetassumptionsandLRP
Support annualbudget,PPV andSOXPOprocesses.Assessmaterialvariances and support resolution ofCOGS invoice issues inCatalyst forassociated category spend. Support eBuy program.

Act as Procurement focal point for pre-defined subjects and as a facilitator for the purchasing functionbetweenstakeholders andbuyers-understand andco-develop robust requirements

About You
Education&Experience
Minimum:Bachelor’sDegree.
Excellent command ofbothwritten andspokenEnglish required.Secondlanguage desirable.
(Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, etc). discipline/leadership
Minimum years of experience:5yearsinProcurement, or5yearsOperations leadership, orrelated Pharmaceuticalindustry
Outsourcing experience preferred within Drug Product and/or Labelling & Packaging
Procurement and/or international experience preferred.
